Please consider making the heap browser a 1st class citizen by placing "Dump Heap" as its own button. Right now it is
hidden as a sub-menu item and I had to look up instructions on the Netbeans website in order to locate it.

You're right, Dump Heap should have it's own button. This has already been requested in Issue 96203 and Issue 102705.
