Class: javax.swing.JRadioButton {  Specifies action on OutOfMemoryError |  Specifies action on OutOfMemoryError } has
no mnemonic.

In case when radio button toggled to 'Save heap dump to:' option, other options list cannot be selected. (It's disabled)

I think that this separate option can be moved to list of all OutOfMemoryError options and only textbox and folder
button enable/disable for it.

Fixed for Beta2.
