The download page for netbeans 6.0 beta 1 indicates that the EE version comes with tomcat 6. When the IDE is installed,
it does not seem to be integrated automatically (I am not sure if it is included at all), the way it was with previous
versions of the ide.

You can choose it during the installation, Tomcat 6 component is not selected/installed by default.
