the web service reference properties display dialog does not show the
name of the package into which the generated proxy classes will be
generated.

This information can be modified in Edit WS Attributes action -> WSDL Customization tab -> Global Customization.
At least on NB60 version from 25/09 it works.
If you think it is useful to have ability to modify package-name from properties dialog we can change this to an
enhancement
