I have an app with a panel on which I have a bunch of labels. Now I can see the labels in the UI editor but when I run the app the labels aren't there. I think it has something to with me duplicating these labels. This has happened a number of times, and I usually delete the label and create a new one to fix it.
I just restarted Netbeans, and now the labels actually don't have any text in them anymore.
Are you able to provide exact steps to reproduce? Are the labels on the form internationalized? Did you build the whole project before execution?
Is that in a Java Desktop Application? (Using Swing Application Framework library?) Do you use beta1? If you think it's related to duplicating, it could be issue 112782 (already fixed). Can you try with a latest daily build?
I'm using 6.0 beta1 on JDK 1.6u1, building a Java Desktop application. No, I can't try the latest build because I'm working on a real project and can't risk that. Yes, I think it's related to duplicating. I made a copy of the project which I could attach - it's about 1.5 MB.
So please let us know e.g. when beta2 is out, if the problem persist. Thanks. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 112782 ***
