The Rails Generator dialob box is very wide and when you shrink its width the components in the dialob box do not
resize, the dialog box simply cuts off the right side. The button should move over and the width of the text fields
should shrink. 

This is bothersome for the tech writers because they cannot put screenshots of the wizard in the tutorials (our max
width is <600 px). This is also bothersome for tutorial readers because they have to overlap the tutorial and the dialog
box.

Are you still seeing this problem? It resizes fine for me - both on OSX and Linux.

You are correct, the box now resizes correctly. I changed the issue to invalid.
