some duplicate .url files in l10n kit 
that is, there are duplicate groups of some url files in some kit tar files at some /build subdirs of some top level
dirs in kit

./serverplugins/sun/appsrv81/build

for example, in serverplugins are duplicates of this same file

./sun/appsrv81/build/classes/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/sun/ide/DocJ2eeGuide.url

vs

./sun/appsrv81/src/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/sun/ide/DocJ2eeGuide.url

> the one in sun/appsrc81/build is not needed to be in the kit; its not in the product

> the other one is needed to be in the kit and is in the product.

same is true for the url files in:

cnd/core/build

usersguide/j2seexamples/build

utilities/build

mobility/javahelp/build

xml/schema/build

ide/welcome/build 

the reason this is filed here is that, 
according to mail from Tomas Pavek,
the cause is
wrong definition in the global l10n file (${l10n-module}/**/*.url - not excluding build artifacts)


if this is accurate (as opposed to some problem with dev teams own l10n.lists)

can it be fixed soon ?
