enterprise/libs/wsdl4j/external/wsdl4j-1.5.2-license.txt bizarrely says that its license is "SourceForge", which is a
software hosting site covering thousands of projects under every conceivable OS license, so this makes no sense. Looking
at the license, it is in fact CPL-1.0 as far as I can tell.
