Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a module in a module suite
2) Add a qa-functional test to module 

No Functional test libraries node was shown in project. Is this feature disabled for external modules? The feature is
useful for developer who develops IDE test and he want to separate "unit" and "IDE" tests.

QA-func. test node is not implemented yet, currently only unit test libraries node. Can be done in post-6.0.
