The message thrown in Linux sounds like this: Can't load "libjdwp.so", becasue libjdwp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
ASSIGNED
Bug in JDK. If no environmental variables are set, then Runtime.exec (String []) method is used to launch a process and everything is OK. When some variables are passed Runtime.exec (String [], String []) is used and there are some problems to locate needed libraries. Filed in Bugtraq as #4461673.
