The installer header text is wrapped in "Preparing Installation Data..." step, which adds an empty line into the installer header below the installer graphics. See 
the attached screenshot. Please make the text shorter.

I'm making it P2 so that it's addressed for 6.0 FCS.

Just a side note: The original intention in the UI spec was there would be just 3 progress bars. 2 initialization progress  bars in the beginning of the wizard 
and 1 installation progress. That's why the "Preparing Installation Data..." step isn't in the spec.
