Using NB 6 beta 2
In a desktop application the ---package.resources.---component.properties file (which does have the correct values in
it) is not being loaded/built which results in all components on a form being blank, no text. I did not have this
problem in the beta 1 release although I did notice that if you copied a component and pasted it that it would display
whatever value it was bound to unless you manually entered in a new value into the -.properties file and then selected
to bind to that property.
