-create new java app project
-set its src level to 1.4
-create new websvc client

=> Can't because warning that src.level 1.5 must be used is shown;

User should be allowed to create JAX-RPC client in this case

Lukas, it turns out this is a duplicate of http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=90058.
Ajit is going to fix it.
