Need to update the build script for the identity sample module to create the sample zip files from scratch instead of
updating the existing ones.  The reason is that if the sample code structure changes, the zip files can contain
inconsistent state.

This is an internal build issue and does not affect the users. This is too risky to fix so close to NB fcs.  We will
address it in a future release.
