Java: 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Steps to reproduce:
- Invoke Dynamic Attach
- RESULT: Select Process dialog is shown. When everything is ok, the absense of Help button is just fine. However, this
dialog may show "Error getting running process" (see issue 115490). In this case Help should contain information about
ways to solve this problem.

Current state is as designed by docs team. I agree that Help button would improve usability here but that's an 
enhancement, not defect. The main place where to describe problems like in Issue 115490 is Release Notes document 
(that's why the issue is marked as RELNOTE) and eventually also in FAQ.

kganfield, please comment on this issue. I believe that we should update docs to include information about possible
reasons/solutions of this error as it is not caused by Profiler.

Help button is available in 7.3.
