ml builds are happening on smetiste, and at first they happened on
bits.nbextras, but it was stopped since they were not ready yet
for translators to use.

now they are in good shape and there are translators for sun
supported translations (ja, zh, pt) who are not in Sun
and who need now to get ml installers for release60 branch
from bits.nbextras.

Can the existing smetiste ml builds be copied now alto to bits.nbextras ?

But can the path be indirect and not obvious ?  since these are just
for translators, not users; since the ml release itself not happen
until January.
