Steps to reproduce:

i) Open {trunk}/java/source project,
ii) Profile | Profile Main Project...,
iii) select CPU, part of application, edit.,
iv) Add from project,
v) Java Source/src/org/netbeans/api/java/source/JavaSource.

Just "Inner Classes" are shown, exception is printed to console.

according to the messages.log file provided you have not had enabled Profiler module
>>> "Plugin Java Profiler[org.netbeans.modules.profiler/1.7] cannot be installed"
