when i want to create a database applicationi can't. I received an error message which is in a message.log

The exception you are seeing is one we see when users are using an older version of the Oracle drivers.  The workaround
is to upgrade to a newer version of Oracle.  Can you try this and see if it works?

I'm upgrading this to a P2 because this is something that users hit a lot. We fixed it in the Database Explorer and
Visual Web, but not in the dbschema module (apparently).  However, because there is a reasonable workaround, I don't
believe this should be fixed in 6.0, which is pretty much out the door.

I fixed this and tested it with an Oracle 9 driver talking to a 10g database.  I didn't see the error, but it's possible
the user was using an older version of the driver.  Since QE doesn't have older databases to test with, I'm not sure I
can test this any further.  y_laplace, if you could verify this with the nightly build (wait a couple of days), that
would be great.
