We fixed an annoying bug (http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=123330) and we would like the module to be
pushed on the UC. The implementation version has been changed from 30 to 31.

I have performed install test of the staging module and it looks good. I agree with pushing the module live.

Verified. Install/uninstall of JMX module of version 3.0.0.31 works fine.
