Currently, when a WSDL is drag and dropped into the BPEL process canvas, the New Partner Link dialogue pops up. 
However, it is not possible to drag and drop into the Partner Link swimlanes on the left hand side and right hand side
of the BPEL process.  If the WSDL could be directly dropped into the appropriate swimlane, the appropriate role -
"myrole" for left hand side or "partnerrole" for right hand side could be selected.

This ticket requires 124663 to be implemented first.

It seems that this is implemented in Sierra MS5.  However, the information in the popup dialogue box is still not
populated based on the contents of the WSDL file.  Please close this ticket once this is fixed.

Tested and verified using Build 200810130101 and the partnerlink roles are created when WSDL is dropped in pl swimlane.
