The context menu of a CAPS classic module in the composite app project tree view only contains the option "delete".

It should also contain an option to refresh/rebuild the project from the repository.

This si especially important when the user selected the "On add" build option when he added the module since currently
there is no way to rebuild the CAPS classic module after the initial build during add.

In recent builds context menu has "customize" action, which will allow users to change import option. 
Ex: from "add" to "build".
