In Netbeas 6.1 we want Mercurial to be part of standard distribution along with CVS and Subversion. For the purpose of
early testing we want it to be included in 6.1 M1. I will attach diff of necessary changes and ask for review. Overall,
inclusion of Mercurial into standard build should be no big deal since it is currently available on stable AUC and well
tested.
Other tasks that need to be done are: ensure commit validation passes, do sanity testing, remove Mercurial from AUC

I thought that mercurial bugs should now be logged against Component mercurial. Peter moved all the old ones.
