The help documentation, "Modifying Diagram Layouts" alludes to a procedure to customize a diagram layout. "1. click the
target diagram window; 2. in the diagram window, right click and, under layout ..." No dialogue "under layout" comes up.
It appears impossible to customize a layout for an activity diagram. This procedure is said to raise a "Layout
Properties Sheet".
It appears impossible to produce an activity diagram that starts at the top of the page and ends at the bottom in a
hierarchical layout. The only possible presentation is to start at the bottom and end at the top; this behaviour is
undesirable. It is also impossible for an activity diagram to start at the left and end at the right.
