Right-click on a Rails project used to contain the menu "Autotest". It's gone with in build 20080115032418
I could not see any information regarding Autotest in http://wiki.netbeans.info/wiki/view/RubyRecentChanges

Is ZenTest installed for the interpreter/platform which is used for your project (Project's properties -> Run -> Ruby
Platform)?. Note this is a new design - Platform per Project in 6.1 dev builds.
