winxp-x64, IDE-hudson#5225-javaee, gf-v2.1-b16 -install Glassfish -start ide with new userdir -register GF in the IDE using "Create new domain->default" option -start GF => server is started successfully, but the error message about some error during server startup appears and server node does not show correct state of the server (should be running instead of stopped), refresh action on the node does not work
any info in the log files?
I did not find anything unusual there in log files (ide nor server one). I'm checking it on my linux now...
I'll need to revisit this as soon as I'll be in the office again (on Thursday) - it seems to be reproducible on WinXP-x64 only. It works fine on Linux...
Jungi: any update on this?
in the office again, so... -I have winXP-x64 -I have jdk6u4 (the official one from java.sun.com for 32bit system (since there's no 64-bit version)) -I installed NB 6.1-M1 JavaEE config (the latest build which is/should be released) into following directories: IDE - E:\m1\NetBeans 6.1M1 GF - E:\m1\glassfish-v2ur1 TC - E:\m1\Apache Tomcat 6.0.14 -I started the IDE -I created new GlassFish domain - developer profile, domain dir "E:\aDomain", kept "default" ports, admin/adminadmin -I started this newly created domain => it's started, but cannot be controlled from within the IDE - see attached screeshot (where the "customDomain" should be expanded and in running state) Petre, can I ask you to find someone in our team who will be able to look at this and help Vince if it's needed, please? I've already created tester/tester user/password on my box (I'll be "friend on the phone" if there'll be any other questions...)

am able to duplicate on windows vista... The "key" was the drive letter... Does the IDE have trouble starting the "default" domain?
I should be able to get this resolved in the next day or so.
> Does the IDE have trouble starting the "default" domain? No. Default domain is being started fine. In the other words - default works, non-default does not work.
