Build 200802140010

1. Open Bpel Mapper for assign activity f.e.
2. Press Shift+F10 or context menu btn on node-set variable on left tree

Result
No effect


The same situation for Predicate editor

Confirmed that the priority is set properly from the accessibility point of view. We need to have each functionality
reachable from keyboard and so far there is no known workaround how to invoke actions from the popup menu without mouse.
