I've reverse engineered sources of j2ee module of NB5.5(~10MB) and created class diagram from all parsed elements. 
See screenshot attached. 
It possible to browser, navigate, zoom in, zoom out, "overview window" function works fine but it impossible to save
because of error: 
        "SEVERE [global] 
        java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"

What save operation failed, e.g. saving the project, saving the diagram as an image?

This bug is in the Tom Sawyer code.  It will be addressed in the port to NB visual library.

verifying this issue is blocked by issue 135579.

The blocking issue has be fixed.  Please reverify with 6.5
