build 080224

1. Add a class element
2. Create a atrribute, name it.
3. Right click at center of operation compartment,.
-- Create Operation menu item is disabled.

Workaround: select(highlight) one of operation first.

There is inconistency of where the mouse pointer should be in order to get the correct contextual menu. The same
contextual menu should pop up regardless of where the mouse pointer is, except for those that are not appropriate, eg,
Delete Attribute, Delete Operation, Redefine Operation, etc.

This was fix a while back.
