StepsToReproduce

1.Install JCAPS installer using the 20080225-0400 build.
2.Start the net beans and start the Glassfish from the serveces.
3.Start and Stop the Service Engines under Glassfish/JBI.
4.Click on the sun-shared-util-library and sun-wsdl-library under Glassfish/JBI/SharedLibrabies.

Observation:
1.It was observed that first time it throws error messages.
2.Second time it shows the Properties Window.
