Scenario:
- Run NetBeans with fresh user dir
- Create project
- Push 'File|New File...' menu item
- Select 'C Header File' and press Next button
==> 'New C Header File' wizard appears, but I see 'h will be added to the list of extensions ...' warning in this window
- Push 'Finish' button
- Push 'File|New File...' menu item again
- Select 'C Header File' and press Next button
==> I see 'h will be added to the list of extensions ...' warning again
