1. Create web application with "Visual Web JSF" framework.
2. Expand "Web Service > StrikeIron" node.
3. Click "Java" button on toolbar of Page1.4. 
4. Drag method of some StrikeIron web service and drop it to the Java code.
5. Customization dialog appears. Enter default values for parameters in it.
Click OK.

Result: Default values are set to null for all parameters.

This functionality is part of the generic websvc manager, so I am passing it to that component.
