Starting from fresh userdir. After creating a java-platform uml project and a class diagram, the ide logfile has the
following line. See attached ide logfile for more detail.

INFO [org.netbeans.core.windows.persistence]: [PersistenceManager.getTopComponentForID] Problem when deserializing
TopComponent for tcID:'UMLDiagramTopComponent'. Reason: Top component UMLDiagramTopComponent could not be located or
loaded from Components folder.
