1. Create web application with "Visual Web JSF" framework.
2. Drag some partner's web service method and move it to the Page1.

Result: Cursor shows that addition is possible, but after dropping nothing happens and nothing is added.
It can mislead customers.

This is the same behavior with other nodes such as 'Database' in the Services tab.
