Build: 080317

Steps:
1) Create a template class in the class diagram
2) In the projects tree, rename the template class name 
3) Save, close and reopen the diagram to refresh the diagram(open issue 127046)
4) In the diagram, attempt to create attribute and operation

   Nothing is created in both the diagram and the project tree as well

   Workaround: Right click Model -> Filter to filter both the model and diagram
