Open Tools|Options|C/C++. Push Help button. The information in the help window is about old design of build tools tab.
It has very little common with current build tools tab.

The updated help topics for the Build Tools tab were put back on 03/19 and are correct in 6.1 builds. QA filed this bug
before the final help putback. Online help for C/C++ Pack 6.1 is complete and correct as of the 3/20 builds.
