In previous version, the project tree can be extended over packages to classes, 
classes can be extended to methods, field, etc. This is a very comfortable and useful  
feature of the IDE, and it disappered from version 6.0.1 and from 6.1 betha.

Hi isr,
this functionality has been moved to Navigator window. If you really don't like it, please feel free to reopen this
issue as enhancement with appropriate priority. This is not a bug, it is as designed.
