- create a uml project
- create and name a package on the project tree
- create a classs diagram
- DnD the class diagram to the package node
Result: diagram is not moved into the package

diagram can't also be moved into class, or from class to another class, from package to another package, etc.

also cannot move diagram out of class or package.

The fix for issue 137065 causes a side affect to this issue.
The root cause of 137065 was actually fixed in issue 135727.

Fixed so that the diagram node now could be moved to a different name space on project tree via DnD or via the Edit menu
Cut/Copy and Paste.
