build 20080327

- create a sequence diagram
- create a lifeline on the diagram
- from the lifeline, create a Create Message from it
- create a combined fragment to contain the Create Message lifeline
- move the Create Message lifeline horizontally and the ghost message link connecting to the Create Message lifeline is
temporarily displayed pointing at about 1:00 o'clock upward until the Create Message lifeline is released.

general diagram issue, 
if you move classes inside package links also point to some unpredictable direction but temporary, may be because of not
transparent background. caused by a way of drag implementation.
