In second step of add server gf v3 wizard you can download glassfish.
Specify destination directory and press download v3.
During installation there is error message "/home/radim/gf3 is not valid V3 install." After installation is finished it
disappear but I'm quite sure this message should not be there.

I suppose so. But i cannot verified it because URL of build that plugin is trying to download is not valid. There is no
glassfish-v3-preview2-final.zip file on http://download.java.net/javaee5/v3/releases/preview/.
