Users are used to use "view server log" action for app. servers in services view. Because its in all other types of
application server i define this issue as a defect but it could possibly be enhancement.

Not entirely missing -- the menu item is not there because viewing the actual server log of the server is not
implemented yet.

If you start V3 inside the IDE, an output window monitoring the contents of the server log will be shown however.  This
is the preferred pattern at the moment.

V3 processes started outside the IDE can be used, but currently their log is not shown.
