Description Lark Fitzgerald 2008-04-11 18:23:02 UTC
Considering the branching etc. This may be a fluke (non-issue) but. I switched from CB build 349 (2008-04-10_18-08-
18.zip) to CB 358 (2008-04-11_11-55-20.zip) and now Run File won't work. The Applet window comes up and
shows: 'Applet started.' at the bottom but nothing renders inside the window. I've attached an image.

I tried with old and new projects and it fails consistently for all.

I went through my existing projects. Ones built with the old build still run, the ones using the libs from 358 do not
so something changed in the libs (size is different).

Looks like the method of writing applets which you are using no supported by JFX runtime anymore. Or maybe it's a bug in
the runtime.

You can find applet which using another method attached. It works fine for me on the latest runtime.

Reopening and assigning to samples. All samples must be re-written to this new format.

Comment 7 Lark Fitzgerald 2008-04-16 14:34:44 UTC
Samples have been rewritten. They are no longer applets so this issue doesn't apply anymore.
