The preview of papers is overlapped by checkbox "assemble". Solution: Vista has newer print dialog which follows newer 
look&feel and solves it.
Similar problem is with Page Setup.

reassigning to print for evaluation - is this the correct component?

Please provide information:

- number (see Help | About dialog) and type of build (Java EE or Java SE or full version etc.)

- steps to reproduce, like this
  - install NetBeans x.x (downloaded from page ...)
  - open/create a project
  - open/create a file
  - invoke an action

- screen shot
