BestPractices: Descriptions missing for all in wizard

Steps:
1. File > New Project
2. Samples > JavaFX > Best Practices > Color

Color Wheel is selected.  The description field is empty.  This is true for all of the Best Practices.  Note: if you 
select JavaFX and have the Weather Application and/or the JavaFX 2D Tutorial then you will see a brief description.
