System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
Plugin & Samples: CB 142 2008-04-22_13-51-06.zip

1. Open a existing FX project
2. Expand the {project} > Source Packages
3. Select the package and right click on it
4. Seelct New > Empty JavaFX File...
The New Empty JavaFX File Wizard appears.  The help button is disabled.

Help button now enabled and opens "JavaFX Project Tasks: Quick Reference" topic.
