The "View Admin Console" menu currently brings user to the instance server page with port 4848. It does not foward user
to the Admin GUI Console page

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install NB 6.1 FCS
2. Install GF-V3 TP2 plugin
3. Add GF-V3 promoted b10m build
4. Right-click at the Glassfish V3 TP2 node > select View Admin Console menu

Corrected URL used for Admin GUI invocation now that admin gui is available for V3
