Make it easy to bring up MySQL workbench from NetBeans.  This means being able to configure where Workbench is located,
and from the DB explorer bring up Workbench.  It is a bonus if we could do this from a given MySQL connection and pass
in the connection information, or at least the database name.

Problem exists in 6.8 also.

There is no way to connect netbeans to mysql.

Valid mysql install is not recognized.
