build 20080501

- create a sequence diagram
- create a lifeline on the diagram
- create a Create Message from the lifeline to the right of the lifeline
- drop a Combined Fragment on the diagram
- move and resize it to completely contain the Create Message lifeline
- select the Combined Fragment and delete it
Result: the Create Message lifeline is also deleted from the diagram with the CF.
