1. create a class diagram
2. drop a package widget, resize it to be larger
3. drop a class "A" inside the package
4. from "A" context palette select generalization and create class "B" inside the same package ( similar case with
creating an implementation or a comment link)

class "B" or comment element are now created with package's parent namespace instead of under this package. Select
package and invoke 'bring forward', you will see class "B" widget is behind the package now.

Current workaround is to move container around, so the containment logic will be invoked.
