Users wants to be able to mouse right-click and select menu items (e.g. copy, delete, GoTo->source...)

Sergey, patches are intended for defect bugfixing only but not for enhancement implementation. Please, remove this issue
from the patch. Thanks.

tested and verified using Build 200810080102 and user is able to open bpel elements in menu and do a right click and see 
copy, delete, GoTo->source... menu items.
