Build 20080516

- create a sequence diagram
- create a few lifeline elements on the diagram
- click on Export Image button on the diagram toolbar
- select JPG format
- leave everything else as defaults and click on OK button
- view the export image - see attached JPG sample
- repeat the above steps for PNG format and see attached PNG sample

can't reproduce, always had right edges and see now.
what is default settings  in your exporting?
did you try other diagrams/elements?

I used the default setting as indicated in the issue description.
Now everthing is showing.
